How can I tell if a pod belongs to ELFA or ELFX?
Refer to the product name and compatibility information. ELFA pods are for ELFA devices, ELFX pods for ELFX devices – the systems are not interchangeable.
MTL or RDL – what does that mean for me?
MTL is tighter and more like smoking a cigarette. RDL is slightly more open with more air/vapor. As a rule of thumb: higher resistance is more MTL, lower resistance is more RDL.
How do I fill refillable pods cleanly?
Fill slowly, do not overfill, and then wait briefly until the coil is saturated. This will reduce gurgling and dry hits.
Why does the pod eventually taste "burnt"?
This could be due to a worn-out coil, insufficient e-liquid in the pod, or very sweet e-liquids. If refilling and gentler inhaling don't help, replacing the pod is usually the best course of action.
How often do I need to change a pod?
This depends on the e-liquid, usage intensity, and maintenance. Change your e-liquid if the flavor/vapor decreases significantly or an aftertaste remains.
Do I need to verify my age?
Yes. Products containing nicotine are age-restricted. Verification is for the protection of minors and compliance with legal requirements.
