Your ELFBAR-Device leaks, doesn't charge, or stops working after charging?

Don't worry — we'll help you quickly. Please register your device as soon as you receive it so that any complaints can be processed promptly.

Here's how to apply for the ELFBAR-Reservice:

1. Register at de.ebclub.com log in or create an account.

2. Click on “Register device”.

3. Scratch off the protective layer covering the QR code on the product packaging. Enter the product number or scan the QR code.

4. Open “My Device”, select the affected device and click on “Service”.iceRequest services." Briefly describe the problem and add photos if necessary.

5. Wait for a response from our customer service.

Tip:

  • Log in via smartphone and scan the QR code directly with the camera.
  • Register the device immediately upon receipt; this simplifies later claims.
